These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Brecx Connect (the "Service"), which is operated by Fresh Finest LLC ("Brecx", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Your account and your workspace
A workspace belongs to the organization it was created for. The person who creates it is its first administrator and is responsible for who is invited to it and what they may do. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, or infringe somebody else's rights;
- send spam, malware, or content that is abusive or harassing;
- attempt to access another organization's workspace or data;
- interfere with the Service or try to get around its limits.
Your content
Messages, files and everything else your organization puts in the Service remain yours. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the Service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Plans, trials and payment
A new workspace starts on a free trial. Paid plans are billed per member, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. If a trial ends without a subscription, or a payment fails and is not resolved, the workspace may be suspended until it is.
Suspension and closing a workspace
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these Terms or puts the Service or other customers at risk. After a workspace is closed its data is kept for a limited period, during which it can be restored or exported, and is then deleted.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change the Service and these Terms; when a change matters to you we will tell you in advance.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
