This Privacy Policy explains how Brecx ("Brecx", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our multichannel commerce operations platform and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

• Marketplace data we access on your behalf once you authorize a channel — for example listings, inventory levels, orders and fulfillment records.
• Usage and device data generated when you use the Service, such as log data and basic analytics.

How we use information

We use information solely to operate, maintain and improve the Service for the account it belongs to: synchronizing inventory and orders across your connected channels, providing analytics and automation you enable, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it to train external models.

Data protection and security

We handle marketplace data in line with each platform's data protection and acceptable-use requirements, including the Amazon Acceptable Use and Data Protection Policies. Our safeguards include:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
• Least-privilege access scopes requested through official authorization flows.
• Logical isolation of each customer's data, with role-based access controls.
• Audit logging of internal access to production data.
• Secure storage of credentials and access tokens in an isolated secrets vault.

Data retention and deletion

We retain marketplace data only as long as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect a channel or close your account, associated marketplace data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@brecx.com.
