Using the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, and only with marketplace accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any marketplace's terms, policies, or data protection requirements.
• Access, collect or use data you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Misrepresent pricing, listings, or seller information in any channel.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.

Marketplace connections

When you connect a channel, you authorize Brecx to access and act on the relevant marketplace data on your behalf, limited to the scopes needed for the features you enable. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the channel.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may revise these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Brecx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
